to Book & Terms and Conditions of Booking
To make your
reservation: - Email your accommodation requirements to mailto:mail@seahavens.co.uk The party must not exceed the maximum number of persons in
your selected accommodation, including children with cots.
We will contact you to confirm that your booking is available. A deposit of £50 per week booked is payable at time of confirmation. In the event of cancellation this deposit will NOT be refunded.
Please make cheques payable to Mrs. V. Donovan, and send with your booking to Donovan Marrison Ltd., 19
Sheen Road, RICHMOND Surrey TW9 1AD
Payment by cheque:
The balance of rental due which will fully confirm your reservation should
be received by us not later than 28
days in advance of your arrival date. A receipt and details of obtaining
the key will be sent to you by email or return of post.
Cheques/postal
orders should be made for payment in favour of Mrs. V. Donovan and posted to the
Richmond address above.
Balance of
payment due - cash on arrival - As per agreement made on booking accommodation. Confirmation of intended arrival must
be made by telephone on the day prior to arrival. Reservations which are not
fully confirmed will not be held after 3 p.m. of the day of your arrival/booked reservation date.
Pets: Your
pet is welcome, but in order to cover additional cleaning costs we charge £25 per week for a pet.
Owners must provide a basket or blanket for their pet. Dogs must be kept on a lead and not allowed to foul in or around the grounds. Dogs
must not be left unattended in the accommodation at any time. Please note, dogs are not permitted on some local beaches between Easter and October 1st.
Damages:
We ask a returnable deposit against damages of £50 for Haven No.5 in the form of a separate cheque
sent with the final payment, which we will hold uncashed and return unless damages are agreed. Visitors are
requested to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition on departing.
The Management
reserve the right to refuse any booking application, to refuse or terminate accommodation at their absolute discretion, and
to enter the accommodation at any time necessary for the purpose of maintenance etc., and
will not accept liability for any injury to the person, or damage or loss incurred to property, or vehicles or their
parties, which is due to reasons beyond their control.
Heating appliances supplied by the management
are the only heating appliances permitted to be used in the accommodation. Old Haven No.5 has a log-burner and background
heating, included in the price, making it suitable for out-of-season rental.
ONE PARKING SPACE IS ALLOCATED PER
UNIT SLEEPING UP TO 4 PERSONS AND TWO PARKING SPACES FOR UNITS ACCOMMODATING UP TO 6 PERSONS.
All units are fitted with electric
meters - £1 coins.
Duvets, blankets and pillows are
supplied - PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN DUVET-COVERS, PILLOWSLIPS, TOWELS ETC.
